Cancellation & Deposit Policy
At Signature By Yash, we value both our clients' time and our team's time. To help us provide the best experience for everyone, please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking your appointment.
Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure selected appointments and services.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Deposits are fully refundable when cancellations or rescheduling requests are made at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
- Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
- Same-day cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please contact the salon as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service time or rescheduling of the appointment to avoid delays for other clients.
Deposit Transfers
With a minimum of 24 hours' notice, deposits can be transferred to a future appointment.
